Features
No bloat. No gimmicks. Every feature exists for a reason.
Smart obfuscation tunnels through deep packet inspection and national firewalls. Russia, Iran, China - you always reach the open internet. No configuration needed.
WireGuard and OpenVPN with AES-256. Your ISP sees nothing but noise. No third party can read or intercept your traffic - ever.
Optimised routing, zero throttling, no caps. Full speed is what you paid for - full speed is what you get. No "peak-hour" slowdowns.
Servers across Europe, Americas and Asia-Pacific. Switch locations in one tap. Access geo-restricted content from anywhere on earth.
If the tunnel drops even for a millisecond, the kill switch cuts your internet instantly. DNS queries never leave the encrypted tunnel.
Windows, macOS, iOS, Android - one account protects up to 10 devices simultaneously. No separate installs, no separate payments.
Our commitment
Our infrastructure isn't just policy - it's architecture. There is nothing to log, nothing to hand over, nothing to sell.
No email. No name. No payment info tied to your identity. Your account is a randomly generated number - nothing else.
Diskless servers. Blind Operator model. We have no technical ability to log, monitor or share your traffic - even under court order.
No speed caps. No throttling by time of day. No traffic tiers. You get the full capacity of our infrastructure, always.
Even under court order, we have nothing to provide. You cannot compel someone to give up what they don't have.
"We don't know your name. We don't know your IP. We don't know what you do online. And that's exactly how we designed it."

Check your IP, DNS, WebRTC and IPv6 to see if your real identity is exposed.
DNS servers know which sites you visit. If your ISP's server shows up, you have a DNS leak - even with a VPN.
WebRTC can expose your real local IP directly from the browser, bypassing your VPN entirely. Very common in Chrome and Firefox.
Many VPNs only route IPv4 traffic. If your ISP provides IPv6 and the VPN doesn't cover it, your real IPv6 is visible to every site you visit.
What we test
Understanding these leaks helps you know if your VPN is actually doing its job.
Every device on the internet has a public IP. Without a VPN, this reveals your ISP, city and is used to track you across sites. We check whether the visible IP belongs to a VPN provider or your real connection.
DNS translates domains into IP addresses. If those queries go outside the VPN tunnel to your ISP's servers, they can see every single domain you visit — even if the traffic itself is encrypted.
WebRTC is used by browsers for video and audio calls. Through a special API it can expose your real local IP address directly to any website — completely bypassing your VPN tunnel.
Most VPNs only tunnel IPv4 traffic. If your ISP has assigned you an IPv6 address and the VPN ignores it, every IPv6-capable website you visit can see your real address.

Last updated: January 15, 2026. FluxVPN is built on one principle: we cannot give away what we do not have.
Short version: We collect the absolute minimum required to operate the service. We do not know who you are. We do not store what you do online. We cannot share what we don't have.
FluxVPN AB is a privately held company registered in Sweden, operating under Swedish and EU law. We provide a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service accessible via our applications and website at fluxvpn.app.
We are committed to the highest standards of user privacy. This policy describes what data we process, why, and what we do not process - which is equally important.
We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide and improve the service:
When you create an account, we generate a random 16-digit account number for you. This number is your only identifier. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifying information.
If you purchase a paid subscription, we process a payment transaction. We accept only cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT) - no credit or debit cards. We do not offer card payment because card processors require identity verification and leave a financial paper trail; that would be incompatible with our promise to be a private VPN.
For crypto payments:
Payment data is associated with your account number only - never with any personal identifier.
We collect anonymised, aggregated statistics about our server infrastructure - total bandwidth used per server, server load, uptime - to ensure service quality. This data cannot be linked to individual users.
If you contact our support team, we retain the content of that communication for up to 12 months. You are not required to identify yourself beyond your account number.
The following categories of data are never collected or stored by FluxVPN:
We have designed our systems so that even if compelled by a court order, we would have nothing useful to provide about any individual user's activity.
FluxVPN uses a novel account model inspired by cryptographic wallet design. When you click "Generate account," your browser generates a cryptographically random 16-digit number locally. This number is transmitted to our servers solely to register a subscription record.
Because this number was generated randomly and is not linked to any email address, phone number, or other identifier, it is effectively anonymous. Whoever holds the number controls the account. We strongly recommend:
We cannot recover a lost account number. There is no password reset mechanism because there is no identity to reset it to.
FluxVPN accepts only cryptocurrency. We do not accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, or any payment method that requires identity verification. If we added card payment, we could not call ourselves a private VPN - card processors require identity checks and leave a trace that can be linked to you.
Accepted payment methods:
We specifically do not offer PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, card payments, or other systems that require account linking or identity verification, as these are incompatible with our privacy model.
All FluxVPN VPN servers operate in RAM-only (diskless) mode. No data is written to persistent storage on any server. When a server restarts, all memory is cleared. There are no access logs, connection logs, or session logs on any server.
Our Blind Operator model means that even the companies hosting our physical servers cannot read any VPN traffic, as all content is encrypted end-to-end. Hosting providers see only encrypted traffic volumes, not content or identities.
Our website (fluxvpn.app) uses a minimal set of cookies necessary for operation:
We do not use:
Our website does not load any external resources from advertising networks or data brokers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for commercial purposes. We do not use payment processors that receive your identity (we accept only cryptocurrency). The only third parties who may process data on our behalf are:
All such processors are contractually bound to use data only for the specific purpose described and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
We retain data for the minimum period necessary:
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Swedish law, you have the following rights:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@fluxvpn.app with your account number. Note that because accounts are anonymous, we can only act on data linked to the account number you provide.
FluxVPN AB is incorporated in Sweden and is subject to Swedish and EU law. We comply with valid legal orders from competent authorities.
However, because we do not collect or retain connection logs, IP addresses, or user activity data, we have nothing to provide in response to most requests for user activity. We can confirm only whether an account number exists and its subscription status.
We will always notify users of legal requests where we are legally permitted to do so, and we will challenge requests that we believe are overbroad, unlawful, or incompatible with EU law.
We do not cooperate with informal requests, voluntary data sharing programmes, or surveillance initiatives.
Our service is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
We will never make changes that reduce your privacy rights without providing advance notice and, where required by law, obtaining your consent.

Network
1,200+ servers across 47 countries. Every server runs on bare metal — no shared hosting, no virtual machines.
Trust & Transparency
We believe trust must be earned through transparency, not claimed through promises. Here's how we build ours.
Warrant Canary
As of February 28, 2026, FluxVPN has not received any court orders, National Security Letters, gag orders, or any other requests to surveil or provide information about our users. We have never installed any backdoors.
Battle-tested, open-source protocols only. No proprietary encryption, no custom crypto. WireGuard's entire codebase is under 4,000 lines — small enough to be audited by a single researcher.
Every server runs in RAM with zero persistent storage. No log files, no databases on disk. If a server is physically seized, it holds nothing — because there is nothing to hold.
No connection timestamps, no IP addresses, no traffic data, no DNS queries. We are technically incapable of providing user data under any legal order — because the data does not exist.
Every client release is cryptographically signed with our published GPG key. Download the binary, verify the signature — if it checks out, it came from us and was not modified in transit.
Desktop and mobile clients will be fully open sourced. Inspect the code, build from source, confirm the app does exactly what we claim. No obfuscation, no hidden calls.
We are selecting a third-party security firm to audit our infrastructure code, server configuration, and no-log claims. Full results — positive and negative — will be published publicly.
Help
Everything you need to know about FluxVPN, privacy, and how it all works.
Our servers operate in RAM-only mode with no persistent storage. When you connect, your real IP is only known to the server you connect to — and that server doesn't log it. Your traffic exits from the VPN server's IP. We never see the destination. The server never stores the source. There is simply nothing to know.
We cannot be compelled to give up data we do not have. Our RAM-only architecture means there are no logs, no connection records, and no stored IPs on any server. Even if law enforcement physically seized every server, the RAM would be wiped and there would be nothing to recover.
Card payments require a payment processor (like Stripe or PayPal), which links your real name, billing address, and card number to your subscription. That data is stored by the processor and can be subpoenaed. Crypto payments are pseudonymous — your payment doesn't identify you. If we added card payments, we would have to store or transmit personal data. That contradicts our core model.
Your account number is a randomly generated 16-digit code. It's the only thing that identifies you to our systems — and it doesn't link to your real identity in any way. Email requires a real address, which links to a person. We don't want that link to exist. Write down your account number and keep it safe — if you lose it, we cannot recover it for you.
WireGuard is faster, uses less battery, and has a much smaller attack surface (~4,000 lines of code). Use it by default. OpenVPN is older and slightly slower but is more established and better at bypassing certain firewalls. If WireGuard is blocked in your country, try OpenVPN with TCP on port 443 (same port as HTTPS, very hard to block).
Yes. Our obfuscation layer disguises VPN traffic as normal HTTPS, making it very difficult for Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) to detect. We regularly test server connectivity from censored networks. Note that no VPN can guarantee 100% availability in heavily censored countries, as blocking methods evolve. If one server is blocked, try switching to another in the app.
A kill switch cuts your internet connection immediately if the VPN tunnel drops — even for a fraction of a second. Without it, your real IP would be briefly visible during a reconnect. Yes, you need it if privacy matters to you. Our kill switch is enabled by default on all clients.
Starter: 3 simultaneous devices. Standard: 5 devices. Premium: 10 devices. All devices use the same account number — no separate logins needed.
In most countries, yes — VPN use is completely legal. There are exceptions: Russia, China, Iran, and a few others restrict or ban VPN use to varying degrees. Using a VPN does not make illegal activity legal — we're a privacy tool, not a shield from legal consequences for breaking laws.
